The DireFAK XL delivers expanded trauma capability in a compact, mission-ready format. Designed with Advanced EMT David Scalf, it builds on the proven DireFAK platform with increased internal organization while maintaining a streamlined footprint suitable for belts or plate carriers. Constructed from laminated Squadron fabric, it offers strong abrasion and water resistance, along with an IR-compliant medical cross and loop panel for clear identification.

An integrated strap system and laser-cut MOLLE platform provide flexible mounting options, while internal compartments keep medical components secure and accessible. A shear pass-through and tourniquet integration ensure critical tools are ready when seconds matter. Compatible with SWAT-T Tourniquet, QuikClot Combat Gauze, and HyFin Compact Chest Seals.
