No. Dire Armory offers the Med Insert for the DireFAK MP/GOVT as a medical-supplies-only option, However the DireFAK is designed to fit specific medical items, therefore it is offered as a complete solution.
13. Can I replace or customize the medical contents of my DireFAK?
